Hamburger Casserole (Britt's Ketsup Casserole)

This recipe is so easy. And it's a great way to use left over mac & cheese. My family loves it.
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger meat
3 tbs onion
ketsup
1 tsp. parsley, (more if you like it)
4 or 5 slices of american cheese

Sautee onions in a large skillet or pan. Add hamburger meat and cook until done. Add enough catsup to make it like spaghetti sauce. (You don't want it too soupy but you don't want it too dry either. Turn down on low heat and add cheese and let melt. That's it. I have also substituted the parsley with Italian seasoning and mozerella cheese instead of American. It's really good that way too. If you have any questions, just let me know. Until next time...
